1.5 pound ground beef
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2- 10 oz pkg spinach thawed and drained
1 can celery soup
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup minute rice (uncooked)
1 tsp oregano
1 pound Monterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown first 7 ingredients. Add the next 5 ingredients. Mix. Top with cheese. Put n 9 X 13 pan. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
