2 cups Jarlsburg cheese (1/2 lb.)
2 cups chopped Vidalia onions (approx. 1 large onion)
1 cup mayonnaise
Good dash black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake at 350º for about 35 - 45 minutes (until slightly brown on top) or microwave for about 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
