1/2 onion, chopped1 clove garlicCelery salt to taste3/4 cups carrots2 cups chopped potatoes3 1/2 cups chicken broth1 can corn (17 oz.), drained1/4 cup butter1/4 cup flour2 cups warm milkSalt & Pepper to taste1/8 tsp. paprika2 oz. pimentos8 oz. Velveeta2 cups cooked, chopped chicken

Combine onion, garlic, celery salt, carrots, potatoes and chicken broth in sauce pan. Cook on medium for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in corn and remove from heat.In a separate sauce pan, melt butter and stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk gradually and cook until thick. Add the rest of ingredients and cook until cheese melts. Stir in vegetable mixture and heat through. Serve.
