1 chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 C. frozen corn
1-14 oz. can chicken broth
1 can black beans
1 can white beans
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions. Open cans. In Dutch oven, begin by putting the 2 cans of tomatoes in with the refried beans; mix to combine. Add all the other cans and onions. (Do not drain the beans.) Mix in the taco mix. Bring the soup to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. One point per 1 cup.
VARIATIONS: You can add browned ground beef or turkey. For a Mexican flavor, add strips of tortillas. They will cook to nothing, but the flavor with be there. Of course, add the points for anything added.
