1 pint fresh strawberries
½c rice wine vinegar
2T lemon juice
1 ½t canola oil
2T honey
¼t salt
¼t white pepper
3T butter
3T brown sugar
1 1/2c pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Dressing will have a creamy appearance. Season with salt and white pepper (I use black pepper). Chill.

For carmelized pecans:
Melt butter in small frying pan over low heat. Add pecans and brown sugar. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until mixture is caramelized. Spread out on wax paper to cool.

Immediately before serving, pour dressing over spring greens mixed with carmelized pecans and fresh berries including, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries (which make it look very elegant).

1 batch of dressing will cover two bags of greens with berries to serve 25 or so.
