First Layer
1 cup flour
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
Blend with fork and line 9 x 13" pan with mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.

Second Layer
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Blend well. Smooth over first layer.

Third Layer
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant French Vanilla pudding
2 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant Chocolate pudding
4 1/2 cups milk
Mix until thick, pour over second layer.

Fourth Layer
8 oz. Cool Whip
Smooth Cool Whip over third layer and spirnkle with nuts or sprinkles if desired.
