4 lb Mahi Mahi
1 cup ketchup
5-7 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Pickapeppa sauce
coconut oil
2 green peppers
2 onion, chopped
small key limes(about 10)
lawrys seasoning salt
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season Mahi Mahi with S and P and Lawrys
Let sit for a couple of hours. Mix ketchup, Worcestershire and Pickapeppa sauce and 2-4 little baby limes. Rub coconut oil in the bottom of a cake pan. Put in the mahi chunks. Chop the peppers and onions, put on top of fish. Pour sauce on it. bake at 325º.
