1 pound hamburger

1/3 pound sweet Italian sausage

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

8 large leaves of basil, chopped

2 sprigs of fresh oregano, finely chopped

Salt and pepper

olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger and sausage in bowl. Mix well.
Carmelize onions, garlic and oregano in olive oil.
Mix with Hamburger/sausage mixture. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste
Mix well. Tightly compact into meatballs. Brown in olive oil in skillet on stove. Bake 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and serve with pasta.
