Pasta Noodles, 1 box

1 medium onion, chopped

1 glove garlic, finely chopped or minced

15 finely chopped Kalamata olives

2 sprigs fresh oregano, chopped

pinch of salt

Spaghetti sauce

1 medium tomato, chopped

6-7 large leaves of Basil, chopped

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Saute: 1 medium onion, garlic, olives, oregano and pinch of salt in saute pan.

Drain pasta, add sautéed onion mixture, toss in basil and tomatoes. Cover for 1 -2 minutes. Stir together and serve with 1 T. of spaghetti sauce and meatballs ( see recipe)
