1 whole chicken, cooked, boned and chopped or shredded with broth reserved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 box chicken flavored stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
1/2 c melted butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Use the seasoning packet and bread crumbs and combine with the melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press about 1/2 to 2/3 of this mixture into the bottom of the casserole dish. Make a layer of the chicken on top of the dressing layer. In another mixing bowl, combine the soups, the milk and chicken broth. Mix well. Pour this mixture on top of the chicken. Scatter the remainder of the stuffing mix/butter mixture over the top of the casserole. Place in oven and heat for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Janet Williams (Uncle Everett's wife) gave me this recipe. You can use canned chicken. You need 3-4 cups of meat. You can also use chicken breasts if you want all white meat.
