1 1/2 lbs. ground hamburger

1 green pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped or minced

2 bunches cilantro, finely chopped

2 cans black beans, drained

Salt and pepper

Cajun Seasoning

Spinach

Tortilla shells, soft or crunchy

Garnish: 1 tomato(chopped), guacamole, shredded cheese, black olives, sour cream, salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Saute: 1 green pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro until onions are carmelized.
In a separate pan, combine 2 cans of black beans. Heat.
In a separate frying pan, brown hamburger.
Split veges into thirds: 1/3 into black beans when hot with a big pinch of salt, 4 turns of ground black pepper and a dash of Cajun seasoning.
1/3 into burger with big pinch of salt and 1 more bunch of chopped cilantro.
1/3 set aside as topping.
Serve on a bed of spinach or on warmed tortillas. Add garnish as desired.
