1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 10 ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together sour cream, cream cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in garlic and then Parmesan & Romano cheese. Add spinach & artichoke hearts.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Should be bubbly in the middle.
Serve with pita chips, bread, or crackers.
