1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1/2 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6 ounces caramel ice cream topping
3 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1. Bake cake according to directions in 9x13 inch pan, cool for 5 mintues. Make slits across the top of the cake, making sure not to go all the way through the cake.
2. Combine sweetened condensed milk and caramlet topping. Pour over the top of the cake. Cover and refrigerate preferably over night, but at least 4 hrs.
3. Cover cooled cake with whipped topping and decorate top with chopped toffee bars.
