2 T. margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick©
1/4 c. sugar
1 can apple pie filling
STRUDEL:
2 T. margarine
1/2 c. Bisquick©
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Grease 10" pie pan. Beat all ingredients together except the apple pie filling. Pour into pie pan, spoon apple pie filling over all. Sprinkle strudel on top. DO NOT STIR Bake for 25 minutes at 375ºF.
