1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine or butter- melted
2 eggs

Mix together and spread in lightly greased pan. I use 9 x 13 glass.
Topping:
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat together until smooth - about 3 -4 minutes and pour over cake batter.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Okay if center is not quite done. Remove from oven when center is not "jiggling".
