1 cup of Water
1-6 oz package lime jell-o
1/2 cup sugar
2 T lemon juice (optional)
1 cup pineapple, undrained
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Put Jello-o and sugar in a medium size bowl; add bowling water. stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add lemon juice, if desired. Stir in crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until syrupy. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into Jell-o mixture. Place in a 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate for several hrs until firm.
