Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My dad cooked up this sandwich one day at our cabin on Wildhorse island in Montana. Now we just call them "Joes" and making and eating them is a sacred family tradition. They were a hit when we served them to 40 ish people at Mark's family reunion. Fast and healthy!
