4 lbs. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup red sweet pepper,chopped
3 packages French's Chili-O-Mix
1 29-oz. can tomato sauce
1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes
1 26-oz. jar salsa
2 30-oz. cans Brook's Quick Chili Mix (with beans)
salt and pepper taste
1 box spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces

Brown ground chuck until no longer pink. Add onions, celery and sweet peppers, continuing to cook until onions are translucent. Drains grease from meat mixture.
Add Chili-O Mix; stir. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salsa and Brook's Chili Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently. Cook on low, stirring occasionally until flavors mingle.
Cook spaghetti in water until al dente. Drain. Add desired amount of spaghetti to chili mixture.
