2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. chopped prunes
2 c. coarsely grated apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, oil and eggs for two minutes. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the prunes, apples and nuts. Spoon into a buttered and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert on a plate until it drops. Dust with powdered sugar.

A bundt pan is not large enough. I use an angel food cake pan. This is a nice moist cake!
