4 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients well and bake in a 9x13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
