1-2 carrots grated
red cabbage 1/2 thinly sliced
green cabbage 1/2 thinly sliced
small red onion thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 t. kosher salt
Or
Use bagged cabbage 1 lb and don't toss salt.
Use 1 t. viper seasoning in dressing

1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. celery seed
1 T. sugar
1 T sweet pickle
red pepper thin slice
thin slice radish

Directions:
Directions:
Lg. colander, toss veggies and salt. Set colander to drain for 30 min, press firmly to remove moisture.

Whisk together oil, vinegar, celery seed, and sugar. Add cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
Chill at least 2 hours then serve.
