2 ripe Avocado's
2 cups cooked chicken (cut or pulled to bite size)
1/2 cup Hellmans mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
dash of white pepper ( black pepper is ok to use too!)
dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
You can use can chicken if you prefer. Or use left over baked or fried chicken with skin removed.
Place chicken in bowl and add all ingredients. Stir well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve on crackers or Hawaiian bread.
