1/2 c. sauerkraut
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 lbs. ground pork
2 slices, Swiss cheese
2 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat sauerkraut and caraway seeds; keep warm. Shape pork into two patties; broil or grill until meat is no longer pink. Top each patty with a slice of cheese; continue cooking until cheese melts. Drain sauerkraut. Place patties on buns; top with sauerkraut.
