2 c milk
1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 c chocolate chips

Prepare instant pudding with milk.
Stir in dry cake mix and chocolate chips, and stir until just mixed.

Bake 350* about 25 to 30 minutes (test with toothpick, which should come out clean)
