Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 C fresh lemon juice
1/2 C soya sauce
6 Tbsp honey
2 small shallots, peeled and halved
2 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
2 bay leaves crumbled
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 lbs pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin. Puree and pour over tenderloin that have been placed into a resealable plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat BBQ on HIGH. Brush grrill with vegetable oil. Take tenderloin out of bag and reserve marinade. Place pork on hot grill and reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW, turning every 5 minutes to sear each side, for a total cooking time of about 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes to reabsorb juices, then slice into medallions.
Meanwhile, strain the marinade and put into a saucepan and heat to boiling. Boil until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes. Serve alongside tenderloin or drizzle over top of medallions on serving platter.
