1/4 C slivered almonds
1 head romaine lettuce
1 C celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1/4 C vegetable oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 dashes hot sauce

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in bowl
with celery, onion and parsley.
Combine dressing ingredients; mix well then set
Just before serving, add dressing, almonds and
mandarin orange segments to other ingredients and
toss lightly.
