1 20 oz can of pineapple chunks
1 pkg chicken tenderloins cut into bite size pieces
3 links of Cajun style smoked sausage link's sliced into 1/4 in. pieces
2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup barbecue sauce
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp maple flavoring
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp dried coriander
18 wooden skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 15 minutes. Drain pineapple reserving juice. Alternately thread chicken, sausage, shrimp, then pineapple onto the wooden skewers.

In a large bowl combine pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, corn syrup, ketchup, soy sauce, lime juice, maple flavoring, garlic powder, ginger, and coriander mixing well.

Marinate kabobs in above mixture for about 30 minutes. Grill covered over medium heat for about 30 minutes basting regularly with sauce.
