1/2 cup margarine, 1 heaping cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 cup sour milk, 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla - sugar/ cinnamon for top

Cream margarine, sugar. Add eggs and beat. Combine flour, powder, salt. Ass soda to sour milk. Mix milk and flour alternately to margarine and sugar mixture. Mis thoroughly. Blend in vanilla. Measure out in well rounded tablespoons on a well greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon, sugar. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. They should be light brown on top and bottom.
