Brown sugar
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry onions in a combination of oil and butter until golden brown.
2. Add a pinch of brown sugar and a few drops of lemon juice just before they're done. The lemon juice and brown sugar give the onions a great flavor. Be careful, too much brown sugar and lemon juice will spoil the taste. Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I received this recipe from the Polish butcher where we buy our pierogies for Christmas Eve. Speaking of pierogies, did you ever hear of "pizza pierogies"--neither did we, but we can get them in Point Pleasant, N.J. The selection is unbelievable. Sorry guys, I always give more information than needed.
