1 lb chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, chopped
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup chicken broth (maybe less water)
1 8 oz can or 4 oz jar of green salsa (I used about 1 cup of regular salsa)
1 15 oz can black beans
1 15 oz can pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken in water and season. Boil till done, then shred with a fork.
Combine chicken, oil, taco seasoning, onion and garlic. Cook until onions are clear. Combine all and heat. Serve in individual bowls. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chips and sour cream. (The sour cream really added a lot).
