Directions:ADJUST OVEN RACK TO LOWER MIDDLE POSITION AND PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º. wHISK FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AMD SALT TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL. SPRAY AN 8 INCH SQUARE BAKING PAN WITH VEGETABLE SPRAY. FIT AN 8 BY 16 INCH SHEET OF FOIL IN PAN AND UP 2 SIDES SO YOU CAN USE FOIL OVERHANG TO PULL COOKED BROWNIES FROM PAN. SPRAY SHEET OF FOIL WITH COOKING SPRAY.
MELT CHOCOLATES AND BUTTER IN A MEDIUM BOWL OVER A PAN OF SIMMERING WATER. REMOVE FROM HEAT. WHISK IN SUGAR AND VANILLA. WHISK IN EGGS ONE AT A TIME. THEN CONTINUE TO WHISK UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND GLOSSY. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND WHISK UNTIL JUST BARELY INCORPORATED. POR INTO PREPARED PAN AND BAKE FOR 35 TO 45 MINUTES.A TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER SHOULD COME OUT WITH WET CRUMBS.
LET COOL ON A RACK FOR 5 MINUTES. PULL OU BROWNIES USING FOIL HANDLES. COOL ON RACK 3 HOURS. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR |
