1bsp vegetable oil
2 pork chops
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 lb apples (around 2 apples, I use Fuji or granny smith)
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to very hot skillet; brown both sides and cook until 140 degrees, about 7 minutes. Transfer to plate and tent with foil.

Pour off drippings from skillet. Add 2 tbsp butter, brown sugar to same skillet and stir over high heat until melted. Add apples and cook until brown and carmelized, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes. spoon apples over pork. Add apple juice and vinegar to skillet, boil sauce until it reduces to around 2 tbsp. Whisk in remaining 1 tbsp butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle sauce over apples and pork.
