3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder, unless using self rising flour
1 tsp salt
1 (12 ounce) can beer
1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375. Mix dry ingredients and beer. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Pour melted butter over mixture. Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.

You have to sift the flour or the bread will be very heavy. Also make sure you mix the baking powder with the flour well.
