12 chocolate wafers
2 blocks of light cream cheese (8 oz each), softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Line 12 un-greased muffin cups. Put 1 chocolate wafer in the bottom of each cup. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each, until just combined. Add vanilla and beat until mixed. Heat 1/2 c chocolate chips, on lowest heat, stirring often, until almost melted. Don't overheat. Stir until smooth. Add to cream cheese mixture and stir. Fold the second 1/2 c chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed. Spoon over wafers in muffin cups. Bate at 325º for 25-30 minutes until set. Let stand on wire rack until cool. Chill 2-3 hours.
