1 c butter or margarine
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
4 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time, continuing to beat. Add sour cream and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
These roll better if refrigerated overnight. Roll on floured counter, fairly thick. Cut with cookie cutters and place on cookie sheet. Bate at 350º for 10 minutes. These stay soft.
