½ pound raw de-veined, de-skinned, de-headed shrimp
lemon
lime
shallot
garlic
cilantro
olive oil
fish sauce (instead of salt)
¼ tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl.
Add shrimp to mixture and marinade for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill pan at 450 degrees, add pure oil, and put shrimp in pan.
Cook in oven for 3 minutes.
