1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 C. Vegetable Olive Oil
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Small Box of Vanilla Instant Pudding
**Blend Ingredients Above for 5 Minutes

In another Bowl mix the following:
1/2 C. Walnuts
1/2 C. Sugar
2 tspns cinnamon

Peel and core 2 apples then slice thin.

Grease and flour tube pan
Pour in 1/2 batter
1/2 sugar and nut mixture
layer 1/2 apples
Then Repeat

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes and let sit for at least 10 minutes before sprinkling with confectionery sugar and serving.
