1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1/4 t. nutmeg or cinnamon
dash of salt
5 c. sliced peaches
2 T. butter
1 unbaked pie crust w/ lattice
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add to peaches and toss. Fill pastry and dot with butter. Cover with pastry lattice. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
