1/2 lb butter, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1 ;b ricotta, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 4 cups flour, lemon peel
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time - beat well - blend in ricotta and vanilla. Sift flour, powder, soda together - Mix in gradually grate in some lemon peel, Bake in a 350º for 10 to 12 minutes. Drizzle with confectioner's sugar and milk mix together.
