3.5-5 lbs pork roast, 11/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/3 cup minced onions, 2-3 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes, (or 2 tsp cayenne pepper), 11/2 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp salt, water. Bottled bbq sauce cider vinegar.

Add all ingredients (except bbq sauce) to crockpot. Add water to just cover roast. Let cook 8-10 hours on low or 5-6- hours on high. Remove roast from crockpot when pork is fork tender and falling apart. Discard broth. When ready to serve, shred roast by pulling apart with forks. Mix in your favorite bbq sauce with some vinegar to taste. Shread with forks.
