1 (14.75oz) can Pink Salmon.
1/2 cup each : seasoned bread crumbs
and finely chopped onion.
3 tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing.
2 eggs beaten.
2 tsp lemon juice.
1 tbsps chopped parsley.
1/4 tsp garlic salt.
Vegetable oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake Salmon in a medium bowl. Combine salmon,bread crumbs,onion, mayo, egg, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic salt; blend well.
Shape into 8 burgers, (mixture will be moist)
In a large skillet heat 1 to 2 tbsp oil and cook over medium heat until both side are brown and heated through.
Serve on a bun with mayo lettuce, tomato.
