Ground Turkey
Red Onion
Lime Juice
Fresh Jalapeņo Pepper
Avocado
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cheddar Cheese
Whole Wheat Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Dice red onion and jalapeņo pepper. Saute mixture in olive oil until tender and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice, then remove from heat and let cool. Mix with ground turkey and make your desired size burger. Pan fry in same pan, browning both sides. While it's cooking prep avocado for slicing and toast bread.

Place desired amount of cheddar cheese on turkey burger and place on baking sheet. Put under broiler or bake on high until cheese is melted. Add sliced avocado to toasted whole wheat bread and...Enjoy!!
