1 large container Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup pecan chips
1 cup chopped or mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed pineapple, including juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cool Whip and dry pudding mix together. Add pineapple, nuts and marshmallows. Mix well and chill and serve.

Serve in a large glass bowl so the festive green color of salad will add a holiday touch to your table.
