1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. can creamed corn
1 can sliced olives in juice
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
Cheddar cheese
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion - drain and put in casserole dish. Mix soup, corn, olives and ketchup. Add noodles and stir. Add enough water to cover. Cover and bake 325-350 for 45 minutes. Remove lid and add cheese. Bake for 15 more minutes.

This was one of mom's favorite recipes. I made it for years and changed it up depending on my mood! More olives, add regular corn, salsa instead of ketchup, etc.
