2 lbs. ground chuck
salt and pepper to taste
1 head lettuce
20 cherry tomatoes, cut up
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 bag Doritos (nacho cheese flavor)
1 1/2- 2 16-oz. bottles of Catalina French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground chuck adding salt and pepper to taste. Cool. Cut up head of lettuce and put in a large bowl. Add ground chuck, tomatoes, onion, cheese and crushed Doritos. When ready to serve, add the dressing.

This is a good dish for pot lucks. Also, this is a recipe you can make to your taste. By adding more of something or taking away something that you don't like.
