1 - 12 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
2 well beaten eggs
1 - 10 ounce package of COLORED mini-marshmallows
1 cup ground pecans
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate chips and butter together over low heat. Cool.

Blend beaten eggs into the chocolate mixture. Mix in the marshmallows and nuts.

Sprinkle powdered sugar onto three sheets of waxed paper. Roll the above mixture into three rolls and place them on each piece of waxed paper.

Roll up the paper tightly and refrigerate until firm or store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve the cookies. Slice each log into 1/2 inch cookies and serve.

The raw eggs seem dangerous but I have to say that I've eaten these for years and have never gotten ill.
