2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. water
2 T. Morton Tender Quick
1 T. Liquid Smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, Tender Quick, Liquid Smoke, garlic powder and onion powder. Add ground beef. Mix well (as you would for meat loaf). Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. To bake, place on broiler pan and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Leave meat in foil to bake, or remove foil for dryer meat. (I remove foil for last 10 minutes of baking time.)
