1 Pork Butt (shoulder)
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 T salt
2 T pepper
2 T garlic powder
2 T crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork butt, fat side down in a casserole dish that is at least 2 inches deep. Pour vinegar over then oil. Sprinkle with spices on both sides. Cover with foil and cook at 300º for 8 hours. Cool for 30 minutes then uncover and chop up lean meat into bite size pieces. Add in enough drippings to make it moist.
