1 (3 lb.) boneless roast
1 can of beef broth
1 can French onion soup
1 can of beer
French bread or crusty sandwich rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock-pot, place the rump roast and pour everything over it. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Keep the juice to use for dipping. Slice or shred beef and serve on rolls, with au jus on the side.

If you want you could add barbecue sauce at the very end for even more flavor.
