1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large green pepper (chopped)
2 to 4 Tbsps oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1 large hen or 2 to 3 breasts (cooked)
1 can chicken stock
1 can Rotel with green chilis
1 large onion
1 lb. grated cheese
garlic powder and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken stock (boiling) soak tortillas in chicken stock. Place tortillas in bottom of pan (13x9) top with chicken pieces. Saute green peppers and onions in oil until tender. Put on top of chicken. Add grated cheese next. Sprinkle chili powder next. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt next. Spoon undiluted soups over next and top with Rotel.
Bake at 375ºF for 30 mins
